What’s fun about a robotic dino? This guy can do almost anything. His big buttons allow him to walk forward, go left or right, and to swing his neck around. After some practice children can even learn how to use his mouth to pick up objects and to throw them around!

The simple fact is that this dinosaur is extremely sturdy. He can be crashed into tables or dropped and he still keeps right on going. He was designed by Fisher Price to be almost indestructible and he almost is. Children shouldn’t pull on his joints or get him wet, but apart from that he is a very sturdy dinosaur indeed.

Parents who are looking for a remote control toy for their young children can’t do much better than Imaginext Spike the Ultra Dinosaur. He is easy to learn how to control and can do so many things that children love that it’s a homerun purchase. He makes a great gift, but is a bit hard to travel with, as he is very large, making him a toy that should make his forever home at the child’s house or at a grandparent’s house.
