Most adults remember the old game of Operation. In fact, it is still made today, and as always you have to watch out so you don’t touch the sides! But Hasbro decided it was time to look for new and different ways to spice up some of their old games. They came up with an interesting result.
Kids can now play Operation Iron Man 2 where the goal is to operate on the one and only superhero, Iron Man! When a fried power core needs to be removed, it has to be done carefully or you are out! After Iron Man has spent a hard day fighting crime, even his suit needs a few repairs, whether it’s a wrecked repulsor, a battered battery, or a busted thruster, he needs some help to get it all done. Kids already know that his suit is important and one wrong move can spell disaster – and put them out of the game!

Top toys like this are tons of fun to play. Kids can get together with their friends, or the entire family can play (and maybe put the movie in the background for a bit of extra distraction!). It is all about concentration. Beware that shocking buzz! Saving Iron Man was never so much fun.
Ideal for kids ages 6 and up, Operation Iron Man 2 still has that same style as the original game of Operation, only this time with the shine and unique style of having Iron Man on the operating table. Boys will especially have a great time playing as they try to fix fuzzy fiber optics and other issues with the suit. Whoever has the steadier hand will be Iron Man’s hero. The game features some fun sound effects and has two different skill levels which can challenge even some of the best players. If they want to fix up Tony Stark’s suit, they will have to be extra careful.
Because this game does include small parts, it is not recommended that children ages 3 and under play with this game. These small parts can pose a choking hazard. It also includes lights and sounds, and requires the use of two AA batteries. These batteries are not included with the game.
Play by yourself or get a group together for this silly skill game. Operation Iron Man 2 will give you and your kids something to focus on while you wait for the second Iron Man movie to be released in theaters! And as always, remember – don’t touch the sides! A regular game of Operation is one thing, but when you’re dealing with a powerful suit made by Tony Stark, you never know what might happen!
